Responsabilities

You are responsible for the independent acquisition and support of new customers as well as the further development of active customer relationships.
You understand the strategic challenges of the markets in which our customers operate with their services and products. Your excellent relationship management will give you access to the relevant people and decision-makers at the customer in the shortest possible time, even at senior management level.
You are active and present at customer and sales-related events. With your experience in customer and market development, you will recognise future market potential and support the expansion of our customer and project base.

Requirements

  • You are a B2B sales professional with several years of professional experience and proven success in the sale of individual, agile and large-volume software engineering projects
  • You work independently and in a team-oriented manner
  • You have excellent communication and networking skills in German and English as well as a confident manner at all levels
  • You recognize market trends and customer needs thanks to your industry and method experience and can also convince internal stakeholders
  • You have strong analytical skills and a passion for new technologies and trends
  • You are characterized by high quality standards and an agile mindset
  • Good communication skills, both written and oral in English
