Is ape factory remote-first?
Yes. Distributed collaboration is our normal way of working. Depending on the role and situation, meeting customers or colleagues on-site can still be useful.
What does 20% learning time mean?
We invest around 20% of working hours in further training and exploration. The time can be used to learn new tools and technologies, experiment, contribute to open-source work and share knowledge with the team.
How does the application process work?
We start with an introduction, discuss your experience and interests, and give you the opportunity to meet the team before making a decision together.
